Our Practice
We concentrate our professional efforts on matters involving eminent domain. Warren and Anne have served as Special Attorney's General under every attorney general since Michael Bowers. While principally representing the Georgia Department of Transportation in this capacity, Warren has represented the Technical College System of Georgia, the Georgia Regional Transit Authority and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. Additionally, Warren and Anne have served as outside eminent domain counsel for the City of Atlanta. Some of the projects they handled were the Nancy Creek Sewer Tunnel, Stockade Sewer Easement Project, the Vine/Rock Street Project and the West CSO Project. Additionally, the Buckhead CID, the cities of Brookhaven, Decatur, McDonough and Peachtree City have turned to Warren and Anne to assist them in various eminent domain projects. Occasionally, Warren and Anne have represented property owners in eminent domain matters. Some of the governmental entities that Warren and Anne have represented property owners against include the United States of America, The U.S. Airforce, Bibb County, Clayton County, DeKalb County, Henry County, the cities of McDonough, Riverdale, Stockbridge, Sandy Springs, the Water Authority of Clayton County, Henry County and Georgia Power.
